Terms and Conditions – Protected account

Short Description

  1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the basis of the "Protected account promotion” offer, whereby Eligible Clients of Sunbirdfx may be rewarded with a risk free account for 30 days for live standard accounts ("Offer") when trading FX on these accounts, subject to these Terms.
  2. Taking part in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Sunbird trading limited reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Offer, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Offer Terms and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified Terms on the Sunbirdfx website. We recommend that you revisit these Terms regularly and, by your continued use of the Sunbirdfx website and services you accept any such modified Terms.
  3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Offer, or breaches the Offer Terms or our Terms and Conditions of Business.
  4. If these Offer Terms are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.

Who can join?

Subject to all other Terms, the Offer is available to Customers who:

  1. New clients only that deposit a min. of 3,000 USD but not more than 25,000 USD.
  2. That the Customer must elect to opt-in to take part in the Offer by expressly confirming their decision on the Offer landing page on the Sunbirdfx website.
  3. That the client agrees to a leverage and amount of open trades as clearly indicated below.

The Offer:

  1. Open a standard account of 3,000 USD up to 25,000 USD
  2. In the first 10 days from the deposit date you will be granted access to our live Video education center.
  3. After the learning period, from day 11 you start applying your knowledge in the market on a risk free trading account.
  4. After 30 days if you made a profit, it’s yours and you can continue trading.
  5. After 30 days, if you lost any amount of money we will cover your losses.

Conditions:

  1. Min. Investment: 3,000 USD
  2. Max. investment: 25,000 USD
  3. Max. Leverage: up to 5 times of your initial deposit.
  4. Max amount of trades: 1 open trade at a time.
  5. Protection period: 30 days after completing the 10 days education course.
  6. Instruments Allowed: FX Currencies only

Withdrawal

  1. Client can withdraw his funds after 10 days education + 30 days risk free period.
  2. Any withdraw before the 30 days risk free period will cancel the protection. Sunbird will not compensate you on any loss of equity on your account.
  3. These terms and conditions are dated 31 of July, 2012.
